FixItASAP lets requestors select a District of Columbia locality when registering or posting a job in an open area and lets contractors choose where they serve. The app includes communities such as Washington. A place being listed is not a promise that a contractor is online or available.

How locality matching works
Select the locality where the work will happen. The app looks for an available contractor who lists that locality and the relevant trade. Distance is considered where location information is available, but the website does not calculate a driving ETA. Review the contractor who accepts and confirm the arrival time and address directly.
Before posting
Describe the task and include useful photos, equipment details, and access arrangements. New requests are ASAP. Both parties must vet each other and agree on the work, price, and any required credentials before a visit or work begins.
